Permission-based Ender Chest Access Control
Players now need to have an Ender Chest in their inventory to open it via the/eccommand by default. This behavior can be overridden using the new permission node:quickec.open.ignore_inventory– Allows players to open their Ender Chest regardless of inventory contents.

Right-Click Ender Chest Opening
Players can now open their Ender Chest by right-clicking while holding one in hand. Sneaking while right-clicking will place the Ender Chest instead. The following permission node controls this feature:quickec.open.click– Allows players to open the Ender Chest with right-click.
