Why isn't this available for older versions?
Because older versions barely have any optimization mods available, I'm not making a modpack with 3 mods which anybody can do.

How do I download the modpack without the Modrinth app?
To download the modpack without the Modrinth app, there is a .zip file located in the bottom of the version download page which can then be used by any launcher.
