Actually update switchy and polaroid (something went wrong with the 1.0.2 export)

Updates polaroid to fix a memory leak, updates Switchy to enable export (not a voteable feature!)

there are literally no changes between this and the last version except for removing a colon in the file name and metadata because of weird issues with hashes

Fix malformed versions

Initial pack launch - should be final but well see
