Adds the telescopic piston arm animation seen in Bedrock Edition to Java! LTS Support for 1.19-1.19.2

Fork of Telepistons that adds:

• Fabric loader 0.16.5 support
• Cleaned up the various files
  • Split things up into smaller methods
• Removes unused files (Reduces file size)
• Add a proper logger, replacing System.out.println() calls.

Requires Fabric API to run!
