This mod adds something called levels. Levels increase when players take actions such as attacking, taking damage or placing blocks. The higher the level, the stronger the spawned mobs. There are also items that raise or lower levels. These items can be made with a block added in this mod. You can find the recipe for this block in the book you get when you enter the world.
