Adds 5 different versions of Minecraft-inspired regional forms for Wooper in the game: Lucy (Leucistic), Wild, Gold, Cyan, and Blue.
Adds spawn files for the 5 Wooper variants in the lush caves.
Adds Cobblemon 1.6 Pokedex compability for the new Wooper variants.
