Legacy (Old) Cobweb Sounds

Changes the sound of breaking and placing cobwebs back to what it was before 1.21. The new cobweb sound is like leaves, whereas the old one is like breaking cobblestone. Helpful if you are used to the old one, or just prefer the old one!
