Effectual 0.3.0-1.20.1

Fireflies have been redrawn.
Spark particles now have varying sizes (the differences are minor, but they exist).
Mouth steam is now actually attached to the character's head (and if the player is running, the steam particles appear more frequently).
Other minor changes.
