What took so long? Why all the changes?

I’ve recently took it upon myself to learn java to improve my mods to the best they can be. MCreator (the previous software used to make these mods) was very limiting and caused many issues for users that I sometimes didn’t know how to fix. The switch was hard, learning Java was harder, but I knew it would be beneficial for everyone in the long run.

Additionally, I really took my time making the mods because I wanted to make sure they are as modular and as reader-friendly as possible, so that updating them to future versions would be as easy as possible. I also taught myself how to use Mojangs wonderful feature called “Datagen”, this helps developers automate many tedious task. I took it upon myself to expand upon the Datagen system to automatically generate all the furniture for me 🙂, so now adding new furniture sets and furniture will be a breeze!

As for the other mods like Blocky Siege, Spelunker’s Charm, Wardrobe, and Armory, they are coming, and expect the same level of a face lift that Cozyhome got, and new content to make up for the wait.

I hope these mods are worth the wait. As this was definitely the most difficult task I’ve ever put upon myself. And yes I learned Java in 3 months, and no it was not fun, so yes, you can do it too.
