Added Frost Walker Rework/Buff: Now, on level II, you can run and jump without falling in the water

  • Change made based on Bedrock Edition's Frost Walker

Additional Cookie Recipe: You can now additionally craft cookies with 2 Cocoa Beans and 1 Wheat
