Changelog:

• Bumped max supported pack format to 76 for Java Snapshot 25w19a
• As part of further rebalancing, the following food items that were previously always consumable can now only be eaten when the player has missing hunger points:
  • Cotton Candy
  • Sugar Glass Block
  • Sugar Glass Pane
  • Super Sugar
  • Sweet TNT
